It is always our intention to provide a first class service. If there are occasions when we do not meet your standards, please contact us either verbally or in writing, and we will take details of your concerns. If you are dissatisfied with a recommendation we have made you are entitled to make a complaint. We have a complaints procedure that is available on request.
